Fantastic vintage belt from the 1970s, possibly 1980s. "Scale" look gold metal over a soft elastic fabric band with a large gold rectangular buckle that hooks to the other end.  Measures 24" from the hook end to hook end and will stretch to about 32.5".   Would be great for a dragon inspired costume. Stamped Harwill NY on the back of the buckle.

Excellent vintage condition. The buckle has one or two minor scratches.
